It has been 10 years today (tonight at 8:20 pm to be exact)... and it still pains me every 26th of February. How cliché it may be, but yes, I got my heart broken on the month of love. I just can't imagine how you may have looked like today... Probably, still standing tall at 5'7" and still sporting that long black hair and wearing that big smile of yours. Oh, how I miss you. I miss our long talks and banters... I miss how you scold me for being so loud and childish. I miss how allergic you are at home on weekends, and how you always wants to go to the mall. I miss how we always trick other people to guess who is the older Balagso since I am the small and kiti-kiti, and you are the demure and mature one. I miss my number one supporter. Things would have been different today.. a lot more different if you are still are here. And until now, it still breaks my heart that you are not here. But as I have always told our friends and mine, I was the one who was not ready of losing you... and you were the one who was ready to meet Our Creator. Happy 10th Birthday in Heaven our dear Ecathrene. We will love you 'til pigs learn how to fly. Sending my hugs and kisses up there! Te amaré por siempre 😘
